Jeliko\u017e nen\u00ed v\u00a0tuto chv\u00edli \u00faprava zcela vyhovuj\u00edc\u00ed, uv\u00e1d\u00edme, \u017ee \u0161\u00ed\u0159ka vyhrazen\u00e9ho st\u00e1n\u00ed mus\u00ed b\u00fdt minim\u00e1ln\u011b 3500 mm, je nutn\u00e1 manipula\u010dn\u00ed plocha pro voz\u00edk (v zahrani\u010d\u00ed je naprosto b\u011b\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee jsou vyhrazen\u00e1 parkovac\u00ed st\u00e1tn\u00ed \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e b\u011b\u017en\u00e1 st\u00e1n\u00ed). Je t\u00e9\u017e nutn\u00e9 dodr\u017eovat normou stanoven\u00e9 po\u017eadavky na sklony a zajistit bezbari\u00e9rov\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup na chodn\u00edk nebo komunikaci pro p\u011b\u0161\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p><h2><a name=\"_Toc205800748\"><\/a>P\u0159esun z parkovi\u0161t\u011b<\/h2><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Pro \u00fapravu trasy p\u0159esunu osob zejm\u00e9na s pohybov\u00fdm a zrakov\u00fdm<\/strong><strong> omezen\u00edm z parkovi\u0161t\u011b do prostoru stanice plat\u00ed z\u00e1sadn\u00ed po\u017eadavek dodr\u017een\u00ed pr\u00e1vn\u00edch p\u0159edpis\u016f p\u0159i v\u00fdstavb\u011b nebo modernizaci a posouzen\u00ed odborn\u00edkem na p\u0159\u00edstupnost. Trasa mus\u00ed b\u00fdt co nejkrat\u0161\u00ed, p\u0159ehledn\u00e1 a intuitivn\u00ed. P\u0159\u00edpustn\u00e9 jsou r\u016fzn\u00e9 trasy pro r\u016fzn\u00e9 u\u017eivatele, nap\u0159. jin\u00e1 trasa pro osoby se sn\u00ed\u017eenou schopnost\u00ed orientace, bezbari\u00e9rov\u00e1 trasa pro osoby na voz\u00edku nebo s chod\u00edtky.<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je nutn\u00e9, aby v cest\u011b od vyhrazen\u00e9ho parkovac\u00edho m\u00edsta do stanice nebyly p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky v podob\u011b v\u00fd\u0161kov\u00fdch rozd\u00edl\u016f v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch ne\u017e 20 mm (jin\u00fdmi slovy \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 schodi\u0161t\u011b nebo vyrovn\u00e1vac\u00ed stupn\u011b), rovina, \u0161\u00ed\u0159ka minim\u00e1ln\u011b 160 cm (viz TSI PRM), ide\u00e1ln\u011b hladk\u00fd, zpevn\u011bn\u00fd ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 protiskluzn\u00fd povrch, bez velk\u00fdch mezer nebo v\u00fd\u0161kov\u00fdch nerovnost\u00ed.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Velkou pozornost je t\u0159eba v\u011bnovat silni\u010dn\u00edm obrubn\u00edk\u016fm, nap\u0159. parkovi\u0161\u0165, schodi\u0161t\u00edm a vyrovn\u00e1vac\u00edm stup\u0148\u016fm, nerovnostem, sklonu trasy. Z vyhrazen\u00e9ho st\u00e1n\u00ed mus\u00ed b\u00fdt zaji\u0161t\u011bn p\u0159\u00edstup na chodn\u00edk, nen\u00ed bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 ani p\u0159\u00edpustn\u00e9, aby se osoby na voz\u00edku, pohybovaly po silnici a\u017e k p\u0159echodu a teprve zde se dostaly p\u0159es sn\u00ed\u017een\u00fd obrubn\u00edk na chodn\u00edk. Sn\u00ed\u017een\u00fd n\u00e1jezd tedy mus\u00ed b\u00fdt zaji\u0161t\u011bn ji\u017e v m\u00edst\u011b vyhrazen\u00e9ho parkovac\u00edho st\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p><h2><a name=\"_Toc205800749\"><\/a>Vyhled\u00e1n\u00ed vstupu do objektu a p\u0159esun k n\u011bmu<\/h2><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pro osoby nevidom\u00e9 nebo slabozrak\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt vyhled\u00e1n\u00ed vstupu do objektu stanice obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9, zejm\u00e9na pokud se v m\u00edst\u011b vyskytnou poprv\u00e9, nebo ji nepou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed \u010dasto.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u00da\u010dinnou pom\u016fckou je OHM (viz kap. <\/strong><strong>6<\/strong><strong>), spou\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd kompenza\u010dn\u00ed pom\u016fckou VPN (viz kap. <\/strong><strong>7<\/strong><strong>). Vysl\u00e1n\u00edm povelu obdr\u017e\u00ed zrakov\u011b posti\u017een\u00fd hlasovou informaci o tom, kde se moment\u00e1ln\u011b nach\u00e1z\u00ed a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b dopl\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed informace usnad\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed orientaci. Umis\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed OHM je ji\u017e zakotveno jako z\u00e1konn\u00e1 povinnost. Je v\u0161ak nezbytn\u00e9 p\u0159ed uveden\u00edm do provozu ov\u011b\u0159it jak spr\u00e1vnost funkce tak pod\u00e1van\u00fdch informac\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dal\u0161\u00ed pom\u016fckou, kter\u00e1 je st\u00e1le \u010dast\u011bji pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1na zejm\u00e9na v zahrani\u010d\u00ed, jsou reli\u00e9fn\u00ed hmatn\u00e1 sch\u00e9mata, (haptick\u00e9 modely) viz kap. 5.10. Jejich zaveden\u00ed v \u010cR doporu\u010dujeme.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pro p\u0159\u00edstup ke vstupu do objektu je pro nevidom\u00e9ho nebo slabozrak\u00e9ho nutn\u00e9 vyu\u017eit\u00ed kombinac\u00ed p\u0159irozen\u00fdch a um\u011bl\u00fdch vodic\u00edch lini\u00ed, viz kap. 8.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00da\u010dinn\u00fdm prvkem je pou\u017eit\u00ed orienta\u010dn\u00edho bodu, na kter\u00e9m jsou instalov\u00e1ny dal\u0161\u00ed orienta\u010dn\u00ed pom\u016fcky, nap\u0159. OHM, reli\u00e9fn\u00ed hmatn\u00e9 sch\u00e9ma (haptick\u00fd model), nebo NFC \u0161t\u00edtek (viz kap. 9).<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Bezbari\u00e9rov\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup do budovy \u010di objektu pro osoby s pohybov\u00fdm posti\u017een\u00edm nebo omezen\u00edm je nutn\u00e9 podle m\u00edstn\u00edch podm\u00ednek realizovat pomoc\u00ed rampy dle \u010cSN 734001, v\u00fdtahu, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b svisl\u00e9 plo\u0161iny. Pokud se bezbari\u00e9rov\u00fd vstup nach\u00e1z\u00ed jinde ne\u017e hlavn\u00ed vstup, je nutn\u00e9 tuto informaci vhodn\u011b a viditeln\u011b (z pohledu osoby sed\u00edc\u00ed na voz\u00edku) uv\u00e9st a vyzna\u010dit k n\u011bmu trasu.<\/strong><\/p><h2><a name=\"_Toc205800750\"><\/a>Vstup do stanice<\/h2><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Problematika \u00faprav vstupu do budovy \u010di objektu je \u0159e\u0161ena prim\u00e1rn\u011b v TSI PRM, \u010cSN 734001 je normou pod\u0159azenou. Pro usnadn\u011bn\u00ed vstupu jsou preferov\u00e1ny automatick\u00e9 dve\u0159e a\/nebo dve\u0159e se snadnou obsluhou z voz\u00edku, s ovl\u00e1dan\u00fdmi prvky ve v\u00fd\u0161ce dosa\u017eiteln\u00e9 sed\u00edc\u00ed osobou nebo osobou mal\u00e9ho vzr\u016fstu.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>K navigaci ke vstupu do budovy \u010di objektu je pro nevidom\u00e9 a slabozrak\u00e9 nutn\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edt vodic\u00edch lini\u00ed (p\u0159irozen\u00fdch, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b i um\u011bl\u00fdch). P\u0159i jejich n\u00e1vrhu mus\u00ed b\u00fdt up\u0159ednostn\u011bna eliminace v\u0161ech bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch rizik. Osazen\u00ed OHM a mus\u00ed b\u00fdt v ose trvale otev\u0159en\u00e9ho vstupu, v\u00a0nadpra\u017e\u00ed ve v\u00fd\u0161ce 2,5-3,5 m (viz po\u017eadavek legislativy <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mmr.gov.cz\/cs\/ministerstvo\/stavebni-pravo\/informace-a-aktuality\/stavebni-rad\/informace-z-oblasti-bezbarieroveho-uzivani-sta-(1)\/orientacni-majacky-pro-nevidome\">zde<\/a><strong>).<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chodec se zrakov\u00fdm posti\u017een\u00edm prioritn\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 akustickou navigaci, jde v\u017edy za hlasem nebo akustick\u00fdm sign\u00e1lem.<\/p><h2><a name=\"_Toc205800751\"><\/a>Orientace a pohyb ve stanici<\/h2><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pohyb ve stanici ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 dopravy nebo v dopravn\u00edm uzlu je nezbytn\u00e9 usnadnit dle m\u00edstn\u00edch podm\u00ednek a s ohledem na odli\u0161n\u00e9 pot\u0159eby c\u00edlov\u00fdch osob. V\u017edy v\u0161ak plat\u00ed, \u017ee ve f\u00e1zi projektu a realizace je t\u0159eba opat\u0159en\u00ed a \u00fapravy<\/p><ul><li>konzultovat s odborn\u00edky v oblasti p\u0159\u00edstupnosti pro osoby se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm a<\/li><li>testovat soulad stavebn\u011b technick\u00fdch opat\u0159en\u00ed s funkc\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a poskytovan\u00fdmi informacemi.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Osoby s \u00faplnou ztr\u00e1tou zraku pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed identifikovat orienta\u010dn\u00ed body, sm\u011bry pohybu a vybaven\u00ed objektu pomoc\u00ed nap\u0159.<\/p><ul><li>orienta\u010dn\u00ed a informa\u010dn\u00ed panel s reli\u00e9fn\u00edm hmatn\u00fdm sch\u00e9matem (t\u00e9\u017e haptick\u00fd model, p\u0159\u00edklad <a href=\"https:\/\/commons.m.wikimedia.org\/wiki\/File:Mildmay_Street_entrance_braille_and_tactile_map_Fairfield_Railway_Station_Equity_St_and_Mildmay_St_Fairfield_P1001582.jpg\">zde<\/a>), aktu\u00e1ln\u011b nen\u00ed v \u010cR v\u016fbec v pou\u017eit\u00ed ani ve stadiu n\u00e1vrhu \u010di prototypu,<\/li><li>vodic\u00edch lini\u00ed (p\u0159irozen\u00fdch, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sons.cz\/Umele-vodici-linie-nefunkcni-nahrada-za-bezpecnostni-a-varovne-prvky-P4018062.html\">um\u011bl\u00fdch<\/a>),<\/li><li>sign\u00e1ln\u00edch a varovn\u00fdch p\u00e1s\u016f,<\/li><li>vodic\u00edch lini\u00ed s funkc\u00ed varovn\u00e9ho p\u00e1su (v\u0161e viz kap. 8), jedn\u00e1 se ospecifick\u00fd dr\u00e1\u017en\u00ed prvek, kter\u00fd z\u00e1sadn\u00edm zp\u016fsobem zvy\u0161ujebezpe\u010dnost cestuj\u00edc\u00edch na \u017eeleznici,<\/li><li>nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edm prvkem je OHM (viz kap. 6), v\u017edy ve spojen\u00ed s VPN (viz kap. 7),<\/li><li>NFC \u0161t\u00edtk\u016f (viz kap. 9), um\u00edst\u011bn\u00fdch na zdokumentovan\u00e9m standardizovan\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b, aktu\u00e1ln\u011b nen\u00ed v\u016fbec v pou\u017eit\u00ed ani ve stadiu n\u00e1vrhu \u010di prototypu, jeho pou\u017eit\u00ed zat\u00edm nen\u00ed vyzkou\u0161eno<\/li><li>hmatn\u00e9 \u0161t\u00edtky pro ozna\u010den\u00ed \u010d\u00edsla n\u00e1stupi\u0161\u0165, kolej\u00ed, rozvr\u017een\u00ed sektor\u016f, ozna\u010den\u00ed druhu z\u00e1chod\u016f, samostatn\u00e9 p\u0159ebalovac\u00ed kabiny, sprchy apod.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Z\u00e1sadn\u00edm po\u017eadavkem je, aby akustick\u00e9, hmatov\u00e9 a stavebn\u00ed \u00fapravy byly v\u017edy ve vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9m souladu (= ne v rozporu); minim\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0161\u00ed\u0159ka pr\u016fjezdu a polom\u011bru ot\u00e1\u010den\u00ed<\/li><li>sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 zorn\u00e9 pole &#8211; um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed informa\u010dn\u00edch tabul\u00ed,<\/li><li>po\u017eadavky na manipula\u010dn\u00ed plochy u ovl\u00e1dac\u00edch prvk\u016f (nap\u0159. kliky, ovlada\u010de, tla\u010d\u00edtka pro p\u0159ivol\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdtahu apod.),<\/li><li>ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed dosahovou vzd\u00e1lenost t\u011bchto prvk\u016f (pro osoby mal\u00e9ho vzr\u016fstu, d\u011bti a osoby sed\u00edc\u00ed na voz\u00edku).<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed ovl\u00e1dan\u00fdch prvk\u016f je nezbytn\u00e9 dle jejich \u00fa\u010delu upravit tak, aby na n\u011b dos\u00e1hl nejen dosp\u011bl\u00fd, ale i d\u00edt\u011b, a to v pod\u00e9ln\u00e9 a\/nebo kolm\u00e9 poloze osy voz\u00edku v\u016f\u010di ovl\u00e1dan\u00e9mu prvku. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 je nutn\u00e9 zajistit p\u0159\u00edstupnost toalet i pro osoby se zrakov\u00fdm posti\u017een\u00edm. Pokud nem\u00e1 nevidom\u00fd u\u017eivatel eurokl\u00ed\u010d, mus\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edt platebn\u00ed z\u00e1mek nebo automat. Proto je nezbytn\u00e9 zajistit ovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstupn\u00e9 pro v\u0161echny u\u017eivatele v\u010detn\u011b osob se zrakov\u00fdm posti\u017een\u00edm.<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P\u0159ed placen\u00fdmi toaletami se nesm\u00ed nach\u00e1zet pouze ot\u00e1\u010div\u00fd turniket, kter\u00fdm osoba pohybuj\u00edc\u00ed se na voz\u00edku neprojde.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Od r. 2009 je povinnost\u00ed v\u00fdtahy v\u017edy opat\u0159it ovl\u00e1dac\u00edmi prvky dostupn\u00fdmi pro osobu sed\u00edc\u00ed a osobu mal\u00e9ho vzr\u016fstu. Ovl\u00e1dac\u00ed prvky mus\u00ed b\u00fdt vybaveny hmatn\u00fdm \u0161t\u00edtkem, viz nap\u0159. <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1v12ALOsXAo7NMjKub-9cFAKJxHElnt01\/view?usp=sharing\">zde<\/a>.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V\u00fdtah je pro nesly\u0161\u00edc\u00ed osoby vhodn\u00e9 vybavit elektronick\u00fdm za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm s vizu\u00e1ln\u00edmi prvky, mo\u017enost\u00ed psan\u00ed, pop\u0159\u00edpad\u011b i videokomunikace, kter\u00e9 umo\u017e\u0148uje nesly\u0161\u00edc\u00edm osob\u00e1m oboustrannou komunikaci p\u0159i p\u0159ivol\u00e1n\u00ed technick\u00e9 obsluhy. Takov\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed by m\u011blo fungovat i v prost\u0159ed\u00ed se slab\u00fdm nebo \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fdm mobiln\u00edm sign\u00e1lem.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nesly\u0161\u00edc\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bk nem\u016f\u017ee vyu\u017e\u00edt telefonick\u00e9ho spojen\u00ed s obsluhou v\u00fdtahu. Ani nelze spol\u00e9hat na mobiln\u00ed sign\u00e1l ani internetovou komunikaci. za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed by m\u011blo fungovat samostatn\u011b bez z\u00e1vislosti na mobiln\u00ed s\u00edti \u2013 nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u0159es pevn\u011b zabudovan\u00fd syst\u00e9m s vizu\u00e1ln\u00edm rozhran\u00edm. Pokud m\u00e1 b\u00fdt zaji\u0161t\u011bna obousm\u011brn\u00e1 komunikace mezi nesly\u0161\u00edc\u00edm \u010dlov\u011bkem a technickou obsluhou v\u00fdtahu, mus\u00ed v\u017edy existovat oboustrann\u00e1 komunikace ve vizu\u00e1ln\u00ed form\u011b.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Akustick\u00e1 hl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed ve v\u00fdtaz\u00edch je nutno nastavit tak, aby usnadnily orientaci. Lh\u016fta byla stanovena zejm\u00e9na s ohledem na voz\u00ed\u010dk\u00e1\u0159e, ale plat\u00ed pro asistenci cestuj\u00edc\u00edm se v\u0161emi druhy omezen\u00ed.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pau\u0161\u00e1ln\u00ed doba 60 minut p\u0159ed odjezdem je pro ty, kte\u0159\u00ed pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed pouze asistenci pro pohyb na n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed, p\u0159em\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed na spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b, p\u0159\u00edp. nalezen\u00ed sektoru, zbyte\u010dn\u011b dlouh\u00e1, sta\u010dilo by 15 &#8211; 30 minut p\u0159ed odjezdem.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Doba by m\u011bla b\u00fdt tud\u00ed\u017e stanovena dle pot\u0159eby a odli\u0161n\u011b pro osoby, kter\u00e9 pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed asistenci pro n\u00e1stup do vlaku. Doba 60 minut je maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed nap\u0159. v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nutnosti pou\u017eit\u00ed mobiln\u00ed plo\u0161iny.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Na smluven\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b, v pr\u016fb\u011bhu cesty p\u0159i ka\u017ed\u00e9m p\u0159estupu a na v\u00fdstupn\u00ed stanici si cestuj\u00edc\u00edho vyzvedne asistent, zam\u011bstnanec Spr\u00e1vy \u017eeleznic nebo dopravce. Toto p\u0159\u00ednosn\u00e9 zjednodu\u0161en\u00ed je uplatn\u011bno u v\u0161ech stanic a zast\u00e1vek, kter\u00e9 proch\u00e1zej\u00ed rekonstrukc\u00ed orienta\u010dn\u00edho a informa\u010dn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed akustick\u00fdm informa\u010dn\u00edm syst\u00e9mem je jedn\u00edm z nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edch prvk\u016f pro informov\u00e1n\u00ed cestuj\u00edc\u00edch se zrakov\u00fdm posti\u017een\u00edm.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Obsahem hl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed v souladu se S\u017d SM100 jsou v sou\u010dasnosti n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed informace:<\/p><ul><li>druh a \u010d\u00edslo vlaku,<\/li><li>\u00fadaj o lince vlakov\u00e9 dopravy,<\/li><li>dopravce provozuj\u00edc\u00ed dan\u00fd vlak,<\/li><li>c\u00edlov\u00e1 stanice,<\/li><li>hlavn\u00ed n\u00e1cestn\u00e9 stanice,<\/li><li>\u00fadaj o \u010dase odjezdu a n\u00e1stupi\u0161ti\/koleji,<\/li><li>p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b dal\u0161\u00ed dopl\u0148kov\u00e9 informace.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">U vlak\u016f vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed kvality (R, EC\/IC\/SC, rj apod.) by bylo vhodn\u00e9 doplnit informaci o tom, kde (ve kter\u00e9m sektoru) se nach\u00e1z\u00ed v\u016fz s m\u00edstem ur\u010den\u00fdm pro p\u0159epravu osob na voz\u00edku (pro zrakov\u011b posti\u017een\u00e9 nen\u00ed informace o voz\u00edku nutn\u00e1), p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b i v\u00a0jak\u00e9m\u00a0 sektoru jsou m\u00edstenkov\u00e9 a\/nebo \u010d\u00edslovan\u00e9 vozy.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">U osobn\u00edch a sp\u011b\u0161n\u00fdch vlak\u016f zapojen\u00fdch v IDS je naopak mo\u017eno informace o dopravci a \u010d\u00edsle vlaku vypustit, nebo\u0165 nejsou v r\u00e1mci IDS pro cestuj\u00edc\u00edho d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 (jede nej\u010dast\u011bji na integrovan\u00fd j\u00edzdn\u00ed doklad). Vlak zapojen\u00fd v\u00a0IDS se pozn\u00e1 podle \u010d\u00edsla linky a c\u00edlov\u00e9 stanice.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Pro zlep\u0161en\u00ed p\u0159ehlednosti je \u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed sjednotit ozna\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed linek, pro rychl\u00edkov\u00e9 a sp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edvat \u201eR\u201c, pro osobn\u00ed (d\u0159\u00edve t\u00e9\u017e zast\u00e1vkov\u00e9) pou\u017e\u00edvat \u201eS\u201c.<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">U v\u0161ech vlak\u016f je pak mo\u017eno zkr\u00e1tit v\u00fd\u010det n\u00e1cestn\u00fdch stanic a ponechat jen ty, kter\u00e9 jasn\u011b definuj\u00ed trasu (Brno p\u0159es Havl\u00ed\u010dk\u016fv Brod vs. Brno p\u0159es \u010ceskou T\u0159ebovou, Kol\u00edn p\u0159es Po\u0159\u00ed\u010dany vs. Kol\u00edn p\u0159es Lysou nad Labem atd.).<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Akustick\u00fdm hl\u00e1\u0161en\u00edm se oznamuj\u00ed operativn\u00ed informace, zejm\u00e9na<\/p><ul><li>zpozd\u011bni\u0301 vlaku,<\/li><li>p\u0159estup,<\/li><li>zm\u011bna koleje\/n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b\/sektoru,<\/li><li>n\u00e1hradn\u00ed\u0301 doprava,<\/li><li>n\u00e1hradn\u00ed\u0301 doprava m\u011bstskou hromadnou dopravou,<\/li><li>ukon\u010deni\u0301 j\u00edzdy vlaku v n\u00e1cestn\u00e9\u0301 stanici\/zast\u00e1vce,<\/li><li>vlak nejede;<\/li><li>ukon\u010deni\u0301 j\u00edzdy vlaku v n\u00e1cestn\u00e9\u0301 stanici\/zast\u00e1vce p\u0159estupem na ND p\u0159ed stanici\u0301, kde vlak kon\u010d\u00ed j\u00edzdu,<\/li><li>p\u0159estup do jine\u0301 soupravy z d\u016fvodu mimo\u0159\u00e1dnosti,<\/li><li>j\u00edzda po odklonov\u00e9\u0301 trase,<\/li><li>mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e1 zm\u011bna n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b na zast\u00e1vce v\u00edcekolejn\u00e9\u0301 trati,<\/li><li>mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9 zastaveni\u0301\/proj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed,<\/li><li>p\u0159eru\u0161en\u00ed provozu.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pro osoby nesly\u0161\u00edc\u00ed jsou operativn\u00ed informace p\u0159\u00edstupn\u00e9 ve form\u011b pozn\u00e1mky \u010di zm\u011bny u p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9ho vlaku na informa\u010dn\u00ed tabuli a\/nebo na speci\u00e1ln\u00edm digit\u00e1ln\u00edm panelu, kde jsou informace zobrazeny v jasn\u011b \u010diteln\u00fdch statick\u00fdch textech, a to v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b zm\u011bn u p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9ho vlaku nebo jin\u00fdch operativn\u00edch informac\u00ed.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Rychlost b\u011b\u017e\u00edc\u00edho textu v tzv. info\u0159\u00e1dku pro informov\u00e1n\u00ed cestuj\u00edc\u00edch o mimo\u0159\u00e1dnostech mus\u00ed b\u00fdt v souladu s TSI PRM \u010dl. 5.3.2.7. p\u00edsm. 2, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b by m\u011bl cestuj\u00edc\u00ed m\u00edt mo\u017enost p\u0159e\u010d\u00edst cel\u00e9 sd\u011blen\u00ed najednou s v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm barevn\u00fdm kontrastn\u00edm odli\u0161en\u00edm.<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Speci\u00e1ln\u00ed vizu\u00e1ln\u00ed panely by zlep\u0161ily informovanost nejen pro nesly\u0161\u00edc\u00ed cestuj\u00edc\u00ed, ale i pro sly\u0161\u00edc\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed mohou m\u00edt probl\u00e9m s porozum\u011bn\u00edm zvukov\u00fdch hl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed kv\u016fli provozn\u00edmu hluku. Tento p\u0159\u00edstup by zajistil lep\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstupnost informac\u00ed pro v\u0161echny.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Vzhledem k \u010detnosti mimo\u0159\u00e1dnost\u00ed a jejich s\u00ed\u0165ov\u00e9mu efektu je vhodn\u00e9 ve velk\u00fdch a\/nebo d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch uzlov\u00fdch stanic\u00edch p\u0159idat informa\u010dn\u00ed panel, na kter\u00e9m by byly zobrazov\u00e1ny a po aktivaci prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm VPN i akusticky sd\u011blov\u00e1ny informace o aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed poloze (\u201ekde se nach\u00e1z\u00ed\u201c), v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9 operativn\u00ed informace a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b informace o organizaci a um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed stanice n\u00e1hradn\u00ed dopravy.<\/strong> <strong>Z\u00e1sadn\u00ed a bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed informace spou\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 na takov\u00e9m panelu pomoc\u00ed VPN by m\u011bly b\u00fdt \u010dteny jako prvn\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ve\u0161ker\u00e9 informace v re\u00e1ln\u00e9m \u010dase je \u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161et do mobiln\u00ed aplikace (ji\u017e nyn\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad aplikace NaVlak nebo Infotabule, kter\u00e1 ukazuje informace z odjezdov\u00fdch tabul\u00ed), je\u0161t\u011b je pot\u0159eba zajistit sd\u011blov\u00e1n\u00ed mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00fdch ud\u00e1lost\u00ed a opat\u0159en\u00ed a odstran\u011bn\u00ed zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed v aktualizaci \u00fadaj\u016f, co\u017e se t\u00fdk\u00e1 nejen aplikac\u00ed provozovan\u00fdch S\u017d (informace vznik\u00e1 v dispe\u010dersk\u00fdch provozn\u00edch syst\u00e9mech S\u017d a je s ur\u010dit\u00fdm zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00edm postupov\u00e1na do informa\u010dn\u00edch syst\u00e9m\u016f pro cestuj\u00edc\u00ed a dispe\u010dersk\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f dopravc\u016f), ale zejm\u00e9na \u201ekomer\u010dn\u00edch\u201c aplikac\u00ed t\u0159et\u00edch stran.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Je nutn\u00e9 zajistit, aby informace o n\u00e1stupi\u0161ti a koleji byly zve\u0159ej\u0148ovan\u00e9 na velk\u00fdch n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00edch (dopravn\u00edch a p\u0159estupn\u00edch uzlech) nejpozd\u011bji 15 minut p\u0159ed odjezdem vlaku, jeliko\u017e pohyb po v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed je \u010dasov\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd a mnohdy se informace o odjezdu objev\u00ed jen n\u011bkolik m\u00e1lo minut p\u0159ed odjezdem, s p\u0159esunem k vlaku maj\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee i lid\u00e9 bez jak\u00e9hokoliv posti\u017een\u00ed \u010di omezen\u00ed, nato\u017e cestuj\u00edc\u00ed s omezen\u00edm pohybu \u010di orientace.<\/strong><\/p><h2><a name=\"_Toc205800756\"><\/a>Vyhled\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b\/koleje<\/h2><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u010c\u00edslo n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b\/koleje je zve\u0159ejn\u011bno zp\u016fsobem popsan\u00fdm v kap. 5.14. (Vyhled\u00e1n\u00ed vybaven\u00ed a za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed slu\u017eeb).<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zde je t\u0159eba op\u011bt zd\u016fraznit d\u016fle\u017eitost<\/p><ul><li>vodic\u00edch lini\u00ed, kter\u00e9 po cel\u00e9 cest\u011b od vstupu do stanice a\u017e na n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b,<\/li><li>kontrastn\u00edch podlah,<\/li><li>hmatov\u00fdch sch\u00e9mat,<\/li><li>reli\u00e9fn\u00edch \u0161t\u00edtk\u016f,<\/li><li>varovn\u00fdch p\u00e1s\u016f,<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pro osoby nevidom\u00e9 a slabozrak\u00e9.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zna\u010den\u00ed n\u00e1stupi\u0161\u0165 a kolej\u00ed takov\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem, aby bylo dob\u0159e \u010diteln\u00e9 i z polohy v sed\u011b na voz\u00edku.<\/p><h2><a name=\"_Toc205800757\"><\/a>P\u0159esun\/vstup na n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b a pohyb po n\u011bm<\/h2><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P\u0159\u00edstup\/vstup na n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b a pohyb po n\u011bm je jednou z nejobt\u00ed\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00edch \u00faloh pro osoby pohybov\u011b a\/nebo smyslov\u011b znev\u00fdhodn\u011bn\u00e9. Zm\u011bna vzd\u00e1lenost\u00ed by vedla k rozd\u00edln\u00fdm podm\u00ednk\u00e1m na st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch versus nov\u00fdch n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u00edch.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Slou\u010den\u00e1 funkce VLsVP je i v zahrani\u010d\u00ed rovn\u011b\u017e b\u011b\u017en\u00e1 a v r\u00e1mci TSI PRM se jedn\u00e1 o povolen\u00e9 zna\u010den\u00ed okraje bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edho p\u00e1su. Rozd\u011blen\u00ed VP a VL by vedlo k velk\u00e9mu roz\u0161i\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1stupi\u0161\u0165 (v \u010cR je nutno zajistit oboustrann\u00fd pr\u016fchod 800 mm od UVL).<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Pro osoby t\u011blesn\u011b posti\u017een\u00e9 je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 vytvo\u0159en\u00ed bezbari\u00e9rov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edstupov\u00e9 cesty, jej\u00ed viditeln\u00e9 zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00ed (nap\u0159. pl\u00e1nkem \u010di sch\u00e9matem) a pro\u0161kolen\u00ed stani\u010dn\u00edho person\u00e1lu k jej\u00edmu pou\u017eit\u00ed tak, aby mohla b\u00fdt u\u017eivatel\u016fm pod\u00e1na kvalitn\u00ed informace p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b dal\u0161\u00ed pomoc.<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P\u0159esun na n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b \u2013 viz tak\u00e9 opat\u0159en\u00ed zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9 v kap. 5.10. (Orientace a pohyb ve stanici).<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P\u0159\u00edstup na n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b z podchodu a nadchodu (l\u00e1vky) pro osoby na voz\u00edku lze usnadnit bu\u010f v\u00fdtahem nebo \u0161ikm\u00fdm chodn\u00edkem s pod\u00e9ln\u00fdm sklonem. Schodi\u0161\u0165ov\u00e9 plo\u0161iny TSI PRM nep\u0159ipou\u0161t\u00ed. Dle n\u00e1rodn\u00ed legislativy (\u010cSN 734001) je \u0161ikm\u00e1 (schodi\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1) rampa pouze osobn\u00ed kompenza\u010dn\u00ed pom\u016fcka. Z toho lze dovodit, \u017ee ani dle n\u00e1rodn\u00edch p\u0159edpis\u016f nelze \u0161ikmou plo\u0161inu jako prost\u0159edek pro zp\u0159\u00edstupn\u011bn\u00ed ploch s r\u016fzn\u00fdmi v\u00fd\u0161kov\u00fdmi \u00farovn\u011bmi pou\u017e\u00edvat.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1c3Gqk3X3XD6DNen4CgaTY9rw8B8VoQjx\/view?usp=share_link\">Mobiln\u00ed zdvihac\u00ed plo\u0161iny<\/a> slou\u017e\u00ed pro asistenci p\u0159i n\u00e1stupu do a v\u00fdstupu z vlaku, jedn\u00e1 se o pom\u011brn\u011b n\u00e1kladn\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a jejich pou\u017eit\u00ed vy\u017eaduje dostate\u010dn\u00fd opera\u010dn\u00ed prostor. Mobiln\u00ed plo\u0161iny mohou b\u00fdt pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 pouze ve stanic\u00edch, kde je dostate\u010dn\u00e1 \u0161\u00ed\u0159ka n\u00e1stupi\u0161\u0165 (bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 najet\u00ed na plo\u0161inu a n\u00e1stup do dr\u00e1\u017en\u00edho vozidla) a kde v\u00fd\u0161ka n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b odpov\u00edd\u00e1 zdvihu plo\u0161iny (mobiln\u00ed plo\u0161inu nelze pou\u017e\u00edt v m\u00edstech, kde je n\u00e1stup z \u00farovn\u011b kolej\u00ed).<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>V\u00fdtahy obecn\u011b a zejm\u00e9na ty vedouc\u00ed na n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b je po\u017eadov\u00e1no doplnit akustick\u00fdm hl\u00e1\u0161en\u00edm umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00edc\u00edm p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed orientaci (\u010d\u00edslo podla\u017e\u00ed nahradit popisem m\u00edsta \u2013 nap\u0159. podchod, nadchod, n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b x, sektor y atd.).<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V\u00fdtahy \u0159e\u0161\u00ed p\u0159edpis S\u017d S10. D\u00e9lka 1 sektoru je pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b cca 50 m.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sektory jsou ozna\u010dov\u00e1ny tabulkami s relativn\u011b kontrastn\u00edm p\u00edsmem, ale jsou um\u00edst\u011bny pom\u011brn\u011b vysoko a je proto pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 pro osoby nevidom\u00e9 a slabozrak\u00e9 je doplnit bu\u010f reli\u00e9fn\u00edm hmatn\u00fdm \u0161t\u00edtkem na standartn\u00ed m\u00edsto nad prvn\u00edm schodem z\u00a0podchodu na n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b vpravo v\u00a0dan\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161ce (viz S\u017d SM118).<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Grafick\u00fd manu\u00e1l OIS Spr\u00e1vy \u017eeleznic umo\u017e\u0148uje, aby n\u00e1stupi\u0161tn\u00ed informa\u010dn\u00ed tabule na vyt\u00ed\u017een\u00fdch stanic\u00edch obsahovaly informaci o \u0159azen\u00ed vlaku a polohy voz\u016f vzhledem k sektor\u016fm.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zaveden\u00ed a pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed sektorov\u00e9ho zna\u010den\u00ed pro dlouh\u00e1 n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b s obsluhou dlouh\u00fdch vlak\u016f nebo sou\u010dasn\u00e9ho odbavov\u00e1n\u00ed dvou souprav je v n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech nezbytn\u00e9 (nap\u0159. Praha hl. n.).<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Jakmile se za\u010dne sektorov\u00e9 zna\u010den\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edvat, tak je t\u0159eba zajistit p\u0159\u00edstupnost i pro cestuj\u00edc\u00ed se zrakov\u00fdm posti\u017een\u00edm a z\u00e1rove\u0148 p\u0159en\u00e9st informaci do mobiln\u00edch aplikac\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p><h2><a name=\"_Toc205800759\"><\/a>Zm\u011bna n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b<\/h2><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Operativn\u00ed zm\u011bna ji\u017e d\u0159\u00edve zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00e9ho n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b b\u00fdv\u00e1 \u010dasto komplikace i pro \u010dlov\u011bka bez jak\u00e9hokoli omezen\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na je-li ozn\u00e1mena v mal\u00fdm p\u0159edstihem p\u0159ed odjezdem vlaku.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zm\u011bna b\u00fdv\u00e1 ozn\u00e1mena v\u00fdhradn\u011b akusticky.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Pro osoby nesly\u0161\u00edc\u00ed je proto nutn\u00e9 zm\u011bnu n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b doplnit vizu\u00e1ln\u011b na informa\u010dn\u00edch tabul\u00edch a pro v\u0161echny zajistit dostate\u010dn\u00fd \u010das od ozn\u00e1men\u00ed do odjezdu.<\/strong><\/p><h2><a name=\"_Toc205800760\"><\/a>Ov\u011b\u0159en\u00ed spr\u00e1vnosti spoje<\/h2><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pro osoby nevidom\u00e9 a slabozrak\u00e9 je po\u017eadov\u00e1no doplnit soupravy o OHM ovladateln\u00fd VPN. Po stisknut\u00ed povelov\u00e9ho tla\u010d\u00edtka se spust\u00ed akustick\u00e9 hl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed \u00fadaje o<\/p><ul><li>druhu a \u010d\u00edslu vlaku,<\/li><li>lince vlakov\u00e9 dopravy,<\/li><li>c\u00edlov\u00e9 stanici,<\/li><li>kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch n\u00e1cestn\u00fdch stanic\u00edch,<\/li><li>\u010dase odjezdu a<\/li><li>bude-li to technicky mo\u017en\u00e9, i o zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed vlaku, v\u00fdluk\u00e1ch, n\u00e1hradn\u00ed doprav\u011b apod.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">U vlaku region\u00e1ln\u00ed dopravy posta\u010d\u00ed<\/p><ul><li>lince vlakov\u00e9 dopravy,<\/li><li>c\u00edlov\u00e9 stanici,<\/li><li>\u010dase odjezdu a<\/li><li>bude-li to technicky mo\u017en\u00e9, i o zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed vlaku, v\u00fdluk\u00e1ch, n\u00e1hradn\u00ed doprav\u011b apod.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ov\u011b\u0159en\u00ed spr\u00e1vnosti spoje je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 v situaci, kdy by mohlo doj\u00edt k z\u00e1m\u011bn\u011b nap\u0159. z d\u016fvodu akustick\u00e9ho \u0161umu ve stanici nebo v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee z jednoho n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b odj\u00ed\u017ed\u00ed v\u00edce spoj\u016f ve stejn\u00fdch nebo r\u016fzn\u00fdch sm\u011brech.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">U voz\u016f \u010cD se vybavuj\u00ed druh\u00e9 dve\u0159e od \u010dela jednotky a dve\u0159e p\u0159edposledn\u00ed. U souprav z\u00a0klasick\u00fdch voz\u016f je mo\u017enost postupn\u011b vybran\u00e9 \u0159ady voz\u016f vybavovat OHM.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u010cSN uv\u00e1d\u00ed v \u010dl. 6.2.3.3 Ovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed akustick\u00fdch prvk\u016f<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pro jednotliv\u00e9 povely p\u0159ij\u00edma\u010de plat\u00ed tato pravidla (vys\u00edl\u00e1n\u00ed z VPN):<\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">c) povel \u010d. 3 (v souladu s platnou legislativou) aktivuje trylek dopravce a informaci o \u010d\u00edsle a sm\u011bru j\u00edzdy vozidla.<\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Po\u017eadavek byl od 1. 7. 2025 zakotven v p\u0159\u00edloze z\u00e1kona \u010d. 194\/2010 Sb.<\/p><h2><a name=\"_Toc205800761\"><\/a>Vyhled\u00e1n\u00ed vozu<\/h2><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>U vlak\u016f vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed kvality, p\u0159\u00edm\u00fdch voz\u016f nebo u d\u011blen\u00fdch (=rozpojovan\u00fdch) souprav je nezbytn\u00e9 zp\u0159\u00edstupnit nevidom\u00fdm a slabozrak\u00fdm vyhled\u00e1n\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00e9ho vozu (soupravy), do kter\u00e9(ho) m\u00e1 nastoupit.<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0158e\u0161en\u00edm je um\u00edstn\u011bn\u00ed OHM ovl\u00e1dan\u00fdm VPN OHM ve dve\u0159\u00edch nebo v jejich t\u011bsn\u00e9 bl\u00edzkosti. U\u017e prvn\u00ed zvuk po obsluze VPN by m\u011bl nevidom\u00e9ho nav\u00e9st ke dve\u0159\u00edm tak, aby jeho aktivac\u00ed mohl u\u017eivatel obdr\u017eet p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 akustick\u00e9 hl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed<\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A) p\u0159i del\u0161\u00edm pobytu vlaku ve stanici informace o<\/li><\/ol><ul><li>n\u00e1zvu linky<\/li><li>c\u00edlov\u00e9 stanici (ev. p\u0159es),<\/li><li>\u010d\u00edsle vozu,<\/li><li>vozov\u00e9 t\u0159\u00edd\u011b (je-li ve voze v\u00edce vozov\u00fdch t\u0159\u00edd, kde se ve voze nach\u00e1zej\u00ed),<\/li><li>dal\u0161\u00edch orienta\u010dn\u00edch pom\u016fck\u00e1ch,<\/li><\/ul><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">B) p\u0159i zastaven\u00ed v\u00a0n\u00e1cestn\u00e9 stanici s kr\u00e1tk\u00fdm pobytem informace z\u00fa\u017eit na<\/li><\/ol><ul><li>n\u00e1zev linky,<\/li><li>c\u00edlov\u00e1 stanice (ev. p\u0159es),<\/li><li>\u010d\u00edslo vozu.<\/li><\/ul><h2><a name=\"_Toc205800762\"><\/a>Vyhled\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1stupn\u00edch dve\u0159\u00ed<\/h2><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ve spojen\u00ed s opat\u0159en\u00edm popsan\u00fdm v kap. 5.20 (Vyhled\u00e1n\u00ed vozu) je vhodn\u00e9 zabudovat OHM do vozu co nejbl\u00ed\u017ee n\u00e1stupn\u00edch dve\u0159\u00ed, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b doplnit akustickou informaci na \u010dele soupravy (viz kap. 5.19, Ov\u011b\u0159en\u00ed spr\u00e1vnosti spoje) o navigaci ke vstupn\u00edm dve\u0159\u00edm.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alternativou je vysl\u00e1n\u00ed sign\u00e1lu z VPN, na z\u00e1klad\u011b kter\u00e9ho se spust\u00ed bu\u010f akustick\u00e1 odezva n\u00e1stupn\u00edch dve\u0159\u00ed, nebo se (v ide\u00e1ln\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b) aktivuje jejich automatick\u00e9 otev\u0159en\u00ed, viz. 5.22 doprov\u00e1zen\u00e9 akustickou informac\u00ed o jejich v\u00fd\u0161ce nad temenem kolejnice, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b o um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed hmatov\u00fdch ovl\u00e1dac\u00edch prvk\u016f, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b NFC \u0161t\u00edtk\u016f.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed pomoc\u00ed VPN je funk\u010dn\u00ed ji\u017e del\u0161\u00ed dobu u region\u00e1ln\u00edch souprav (City Elefant). VPN tl. \u010d. 4 dve\u0159e zap\u00edpaj\u00ed a druh\u00e9 a p\u0159edposledn\u00ed se i otev\u0159ou. U souprav Regionova a n\u011bkter\u00fdch dal\u0161\u00edch se otev\u00edraj\u00ed pouze jedny dve\u0159e.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Dve\u0159e je v z\u00e1jmu zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed bezpe\u010dnosti nutn\u00e9 opat\u0159it kontrastn\u00edm n\u00e1t\u011brem\/polepem pro zlep\u0161en\u00ed orientace a urychlen\u00ed bezpe\u010dn\u00e9ho n\u00e1stupu zejm\u00e9na slabozrak\u00fdch. To plat\u00ed i pro star\u0161\u00ed vozidla, reklamn\u00ed n\u00e1t\u011bry nebo polepy i pro barevn\u00e1 sch\u00e9mata integrovan\u00fdch dopravn\u00edch syst\u00e9m\u016f.<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P\u0159\u00edklad dobr\u00e9 praxe viz <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1zQWBl9NAGprXa3oow15FIqOEkUKWS5Yv\/view?usp=sharing\">zde<\/a>. M\u00e1-li b\u00fdt vstup do vozidla prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00fd za bezbari\u00e9rov\u00fd, mus\u00ed b\u00fdt nav\u00edc mezera mezi n\u00e1stupi\u0161tn\u00ed hranou a hranou sch\u016fdku maxim\u00e1ln\u011b 75 mm \u0161irok\u00e1 a rozd\u00edl v\u00fd\u0161ky mezi horn\u00ed plochou sch\u016fdku a plochou n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b resp. podlahy vozidla m\u016f\u017ee dos\u00e1hnout max. 50 mm, co\u017e odpov\u00edd\u00e1 parametr\u016fm voz\u00edku stanoven\u00fdm TSI PRM v dodatku M, \u010d\u00e1sti M2.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00e1stup do vozu osob s t\u011blesn\u00fdm posti\u017een\u00edm a\/nebo na voz\u00edku je v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b kombinace n\u00edzk\u00e9ho n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b a\/nebo vysokopodla\u017en\u00edho vozu apod. nezbytn\u00e9 usnadnit pou\u017eit\u00edm plo\u0161iny, viz kap. 10.3 (Mobiln\u00ed zdvihac\u00ed plo\u0161iny) resp. 10.2(Integrovan\u00e9 zvedac\u00ed plo\u0161iny).<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pokud nen\u00ed mobiln\u00ed zdvihac\u00ed plo\u0161ina k n\u00e1stupu pot\u0159eba, je nutn\u00e9, aby mohl dve\u0159e otev\u0159\u00edt \u010dlov\u011bk sed\u00edc\u00ed na voz\u00edku bez ciz\u00ed pomoci. Pokud je k\u00a0n\u00e1stupu (a v\u00fdstupu) osoby na voz\u00edku pot\u0159ebn\u00e1 plo\u0161ina nebo rampa, mus\u00ed b\u00fdt toto za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed samoobslu\u017en\u00e9 nebo mus\u00ed dopravce v\u017edy zajistit obsluhu tohoto za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pro osoby nevidom\u00e9 nebo slabozrak\u00e9 je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 po vyhled\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1stupn\u00edch dve\u0159\u00ed dle kap. 5.21 (Vyhled\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1stupn\u00edch dve\u0159\u00ed), um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed ovl\u00e1dac\u00edch prvk\u016f a jejich vybaven\u00ed hmatov\u00fdmi prvky.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jsou-li dve\u0159e vybaveny OHM, nab\u00edz\u00ed se v\u0161echny tyto informace integrovat a spou\u0161t\u011bt vysl\u00e1n\u00edm p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdch povel\u016f z VPN., funkce \u201ehled\u00e1n\u00ed dve\u0159\u00ed\u201c.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Otev\u0159en\u00ed dve\u0159\u00ed je vhodn\u00e9 prov\u00e1zat s vyslan\u00fdm povelem z VPN, aby nevidom\u00fd nemusel hledat ovl\u00e1dac\u00ed tla\u010d\u00edtko.
